Warranty and Replacement
This warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure that you can enjoy your earbuds and headphones without worrying about defects or malfunctions. Here are some additional details:
Coverage Duration: The warranty covers your earbuds and headphones for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This means that if any issues arise within this timeframe, you are eligible for a replacement.
Replacement Process: If you encounter any manufacturing defects or malfunctions during normal use, simply contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the defective product. Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may affect the performance or functionality of your earbuds or headphones. Examples of manufacturing defects include faulty wiring, non-responsive buttons, or audio imbalance.
Malfunctions: In the event that your earbuds or headphones stop working properly due to internal issues, such as audio distortion or connectivity problems, we will provide a replacement. This ensures that you can continue enjoying your music or audio content without interruption.
Normal Wear and Tear: We understand that regular use may cause some wear and tear on your earbuds or headphones. This warranty covers replacements for those components that become unusable due to normal wear and tear, such as worn-out ear cushions or frayed cables.
Exclusions: It's important to note that this warranty does not cover physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse. It also does not extend to loss or theft of the earbuds or headphones. Additionally, any modifications or unauthorized repairs made to the product will void the warranty.
In case of any Physical /Liquid/Water damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse/mis-handling detected, non specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, customer is not happy with product look/sound quality, defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God, deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage, without Invoice and product not used as per instruction manual; warranty shall not be applicable.
MG Technopos IT Services LLP shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in the products supplied by MG Technopos IT Services LLP
Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This helps us verify the validity of the warranty and ensure that you are the original purchaser.
Non-transferable: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person. It is important to keep this in mind if you plan to sell or gift the earbuds or headphones to someone else.
